Healthcare Supply Chain Association (HSCA) President and CEO Angie Boliver is a group purchasing industry expert and public affairs veteran with more than 20 years of experience.

 

Boliver joined HSCA in 2024 from AB Communications Strategies, which she founded and led as President and Principal Consultant. Throughout her career, she has held a number of leadership positions at the forefront of public policy, law, public relations, and communications, including at a national GPO where she first served as Senior Legal Counsel and then Vice President of Strategic Communications, and Public Relations. Boliver has also worked as an attorney for Jones Day.

 

Boliver holds a bachelor’s degree in English literature from Hardin-Simmons University, a Master of Arts degree in English literature from Southern Methodist University, and a Juris Doctor degree from Southern Methodist’s Dedman School of Law.

Allen Hamilton is the Executive Director of the Healthcare Supply Chain Association. He manages the overall mission and operations of the Association as well as the creation and development of HSCA’s new affiliate membership program, HSCA Connect. Allen joined HSCA in February 2020 as a Program Manager then serving as Director of Operations.

 

Prior to HSCA, Allen worked at the Advance Medical Technology Association as a Program Associate in the Payment and Healthcare Delivery Policy division. Leading up to his relocation to the area, Allen served as the Policy Advisor for the Mississippi Department of Treasury.

 

Allen was born in Mobile, Alabama and grew up on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. He graduated from the University of Mississippi’s Trent Lott Leadership Institute with a degree in Public Policy and has a Certification in Association Management from ASAE. Allen currently resides in Alexandria, Virginia.
